This Privacy Policy explains how Tarseekh ("we", "us") handles information when you use our app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who we are
The Service is operated by the team behind the Tarseekh product. Depending on your region, the data controller may be the entity named in app settings or on our website when we publish it. Until then, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
Information we collect
We may collect: • Account and authentication data: identifiers and session information managed through our authentication provider (for example Supabase), including guest sessions and linked accounts. • Profile data you choose to provide: such as display name and country for leaderboards or personalization. • Activity and progress data: memorization and challenge activity, scores, XP, coins, streaks, achievements, and similar game state needed to run the Service. • Technical data: IP address, device or browser type, approximate location derived from network data, timestamps, and diagnostic logs sent by the hosting platform. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data beyond what you submit in optional profile fields.
How we use information
We use information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Service • Sync progress across devices when you sign in • Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms • Display leaderboards and social-style features you opt into • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the current version of the app as of the date above. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide appropriate choices or consent mechanisms.
Service providers

Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where feasible, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.
